When I go to access the internet, I am unable. I get a window stating itcan't find the site. Try to access my mail (Outlook), and I get a noticesaying it can't reach Comcast. All the green lights are on the modem and theyellow LED is flashing, indicating activity. Now, I can fix this problem and gain access one of two ways. One, I can turnoff and back on the modem. Two, I can click on the local area connectionicon, click on Support and click on the repair button. When I do that, I getthe message . Forassistance, contact the person who manages your network. They have checked the modem from their end andthe signal quality is good. If they reset my modem remotely, everythingoperates normally after that.
However, if I restart the computer, I'm backinto No access again until I complete one of the two items above. A peculiar problem, I know. I've read so much of Microsoft's tech tips and.
